When I first moved to SF I lived over near Golden Gate Park and the University of San Francisco (Fulton and Stanyan). I worked in the East Bay and would take one of two buses home (the #5 or the #21). The #21 bus ran by the houses you see in the opening credits of Full House (they're call The Painted Ladies). One day I was riding the bus and we made the normal stop at the park across from the houses. As the door opened three or four girls on got off and as they were getting off the bus they were singing the Full House song. Gotta love tourists.

William Hanley, shopkeeper and spokesman,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], said for too long the retail sector has been targeted by national and international criminals.
“These people are flooding the Irish market with cheap,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], unregulated cigarettes that are depriving both the retail sector and the Irish State of hundreds of millions of euro annually,” he said.
“There is a major criminal element to smuggling and this is having a detrimental effect on the industry.

LAST YEAR'S QUARTER: Philip Morris International reported net income of 80 cents per share on revenue of $6.72 billion.([link widoczny dla zalogowanych])
THE RESULTS: Lorillard Inc.'s net income increased 7 percent to $259 million, or $1.74 per share, in the fourth quarter as it sold more cigarettes at higher prices. Revenue excluding excise taxes increased more than 9 percent to $1.02 billion.
MORE CIGARETTES: The nation's third-biggest tobacco company and maker of Newport,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Maverick and True cigarettes said it sold 4.5 percent more cigarettes. Rivals Reynolds American Inc. and Altria Group Inc. both reported selling fewer cigarettes.
Analysts also expect the company's earnings to be affected by foreign exchange rates compared with the U.S. dollar. When the dollar is rising, companies that sell goods internationally and must convert revenue from foreign currencies usually take a hit in the dollar value of that revenue. That effect is particularly strong for Philip Morris International, because it does all its business overseas.
