| Starbucks Provides Free WiFi to iPad Owners
If you recently purchased a WiFi only iPad and are hoping to find more free WiFi hotspots,convert mp4 to mp3, you’re in luck. Starbucks, the Seattle based coffee giant, announced they would begin offering customers free WiFi in all US company operated stores starting July 1. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz made the announcement yesterday during an interview with Wired Editor Chris Anderson at Wired’s “Disruptive by Design” business conference. The Free WiFi service will be simplified to offer “one-click” access for all customers. Later in the fall, the service will be augmented with the Starbucks Digital Network. Apple iPhone customers with an active US service plan have had access to free WiFi at US Starbucks for several years but this service will now be available to all WiFi devices including the iPad. This new service provides US customers with several thousand additional locations for free WiFi while using their iPad. |
