Under the terms of the agreement, the training center is expected to nurture 135,000 service outsourcing professionals and provide 70,000 jobs for college graduates within five years. The two sides also expect to see the number of city employees in the service outsourcing sector reach 130,000 in 2013. The aim of the National Outsourcing Personnel Training Center (Shanghai) is simple - to provide a city-wide service outsourcing skills training resource through cooperation with the Pudong government. The center's further plans are ambitious. It is seeking to create a national service outsourcing center for training, examining and certification within three to five years, through cooperation with all of the city's relevant departments. Once completed, it is expected to provide Shanghai and the whole of China with a wide array of high quality outsourcing professionals. It has also stated its commitment to the development of the training center to promoting the cultivation of Shanghai's service outsourcing staff resource. |
